RESEARCH
    WALKING
            FREEDOM

Resarch/Walking/Freedom is half design thesis and half philosophical synthesis — a series of explorations in the physical space of everyday life, the mental space of ideas, and the social spaces of constructed reality. What happens when one walks through concepts and ideas as if they were forests and cities? Or when one walks on the fringes of these spaces, the space where spaces overlap? With this project I intended to ask more questions than provide answers, with the goal being a revaluation of walking as a potentially radical practice, and also to provoke others to reconsider the walk as an action and a process. This necessary and commonplace action can be utilized to elicit change in the way we perceive the everyday.
